Congratulations to all the recipients of the Residential Colleges Teaching Excellence Awards (RCTEA) for AY2024/2025. This distinction affirms their exemplary dedication to advancing teaching and learning, and acknowledges the transformative impact of pedagogical excellence on the NUS Residential College’s community.

The RCTEA highlights educators who demonstrate sustained innovation in curriculum design, evidence-based teaching practices, and inclusive learning environments that empower diverse cohorts of students to thrive. These awards are integral to the University’s mission to foster academic rigor and intellectual curiosity. The accomplishments of this year’s honourees reflect a deep commitment to reflective practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and continuous improvement in educational outcomes.

Among the awardees, the Residential Colleges Teaching Excellence Award (Individual) for 2024/25 was awarded to Mr Lim Cheng Puay and Ms Wong Soon Fen of RVRC in recognition of their teaching excellence. Associate Professor Wong Mun Loke, Associate Provost (Integrated Education), presented the award at a ceremony held at RVRC on 7 January 2026.
