Dr. Annette Vincent is an educator, researcher, and academic leader with international experience across the United States, Qatar, and Singapore. She holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the National University of Singapore and brings an interdisciplinary approach that integrates science, education, and social impact.

With extensive experience in higher education, Annette has held senior academic and leadership roles, where she has contributed to curriculum innovation, faculty development, and inclusive educational practices. Her work reflects a strong commitment to fostering inclusive, engaging, and meaningful learning environments across diverse cultural contexts.
