At RVRC, Hafsah supports the smooth running of the College by overseeing academic administration, providing secretarial support to the College Master and Rector, and contributing to publicity, branding, college events, and HR-related matters. With  a decade of experience, she takes pride in ensuring that the College’s daily operations run seamlessly in support of both students and staff.

With a career rooted in the education and training sector, Hafsah has worked with industry-leading private education institutions in Singapore, where she managed portfolios across marketing, academic management, and client retention. She especially enjoys working closely with students, particularly in supporting and coordinating events, and finds fulfilment in witnessing their joy and enthusiasm as they engage in enriching experiences beyond the classroom.

In her free time, Hafsah cherishes spending quality time with her two children, introducing them to the world while imparting both knowledge and street smarts, hoping to nurture future game changers. When time allows, she also enjoys unwinding with a good K-drama binge.
