This new initiative launched in 2024 emphasizes the need for students to be well-prepared for their future careers by providing them with experiences that help them navigate evolving industry demands and confidently transition into the professional world. Students engage in activities such as workshops and networking events, which are designed to enhance their understanding of different career paths and industry expectations. These experiences not only equip students with the technical skills required in their chosen fields but also foster critical soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Through such exposure, students are better positioned to make informed career decisions, adapt to changes in the job market, and pursue their professional goals with confidence.

Sustained interaction with experts and external partners is embedded within the RVRC academic courses. Students are empowered to initiate projects that require collaboration with relevant partners from industry, community, and government agencies. With the ‘World is Our Classroom’, students are encouraged to actualise their proposals created as part of academic coursework. As such, students go beyond conceptualization to plan, organize, and execute implementation. Co-academic learning activities also provide students the opportunity to identify and collaborate with external partners to work on real-world problems.
