From AY21/22, RVRC will offer a new two-year programme, closely aligned with the enhanced NUS General Education Curriculum. RVRC will offer new modules that map to four out of the six NUS General Education pillars. The four pillars offered by RVRC will be: Community & Engagement (RVN), Critique and Expression (RVX), Cultures and Connections (RVC), and Singapore Studies (RVS). All modules will be one semester long and bear 4 Modular Credits each.

Over their two-year residency at the college, RVRC students will be expected to read one module from each of the four GE pillars offered by the college to fulfil the requirements of the new RVRC Programme and achieve certification. The new RVRC Two Year Programme will be worth 16 Modular Credits. From AY21/22 onwards, RVRC students completing the two-year RVRC Programme will receive this recognition on their official NUS transcript as well.

Students will read the remaining two General Education pillars of Data Literacy and Digital Literacy outside the RVRC Programme, as offered by the university or their respective faculty.
