Resident Assistants (RAs) are student leaders appointed by the College to maintain residential life. This includes fostering a harmonious and strong support network within the College, maintaining a living and learning environment that is safe and well-governed, and supporting initiatives that strengthen the social, educational, and welfare systems within the College. Each house has two to four RAs, who work closely with the house’s Resident Fellow and College Management to care for their residents and uphold community standards.
