Senior Student Leaders (SSL)
Senior Student Leaders (SSLs) are students who have completed the RVRC programme and wish to continue contributing to the College beyond their first two years of residency. SSLs take on important leadership roles and duties, such as planning and leading key College events and initiatives that contribute to the College’s growth and benefit the wider RVRC community. Examples of key events that SSLs have organised include the Welcome Dinner, Open House, RVRC Symposium, and Walk for Rice. SSLs work closely with various staff advisors and College Management to elevate the RVRC experience and foster a vibrant and welcoming community.
SSLs organise and lead Industry Engagement visits and dialogues to enhance their own leadership, workplace readiness and networking skills.
