Victor is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Kita, a registered charity that journeys alongside youths aged 15 to 25 from under-resourced backgrounds as they claim agency over their own lives.

Kita’s work comes to life through three complementary programme modalities. Kita Studios supports youths in building practical skills and exploring career pathways. Kita Labs is an experimental platform where youths try out what interests them without fear of failure. Kita Space is an alumni community promoting belonging and mutual support. With NYC and MCCY, Kita has also taken on a new third space – [X] by Kita – at Stamford Arts Centre, shaped together with the youths who use it.

Kita builds scaffolds that turn youths’ life aspirations into manageable steps, while keeping every choice in their own hands. Under Victor's leadership, the aim is neither to do things for youths nor leave them to fend for themselves, but to create the conditions for them to build their own capacity to navigate life.
