26 RVRC students, reading the Year 2 Forum titled 'DISC 2.0: Empowering you to engage, connect, and thrive in teams' had the opportunity to learn from Prof. Nobuaki Minato of Ritsumeikan University, Graduate School of Technology Management (Japan). This special collaboration between Mr. Desmond Ng (RVRC) and Prof. Minato enabled our students to learn from teamwork scenarios used in NASA Astronaut Training. Students were able to apply the skills of DISC profiles and Johari Window to practice effective communication strategies.

Forums are learning activities of the RVRC Year Two Programme. They build on the college mission to enhance students’ intellectual and personal growth. Non-modular Forums are offered under the three pillars of Reflection, Resilience and Respect; these themes are central to the college values. All forums are taught adopting experiential learning activities.
